The name is one word

balibound REALTY

Full name: Balibound Realty · Short form: Balibound · Acronym: BBR · Domain: baliboundrealty.com

Capital B or lowercase b — which one? Both, on purpose:

Writing a sentence, caption, doc, or email → always capital B: Balibound
The logo/wordmark itself → always lowercase: balibound — a deliberate stylised design choice, not a typo

Never write it as two words ("Bali Bound") — wrong everywhere: website, captions, WhatsApp, decks, documents, code.

Brand essence

Who we are

Business: Boutique real estate brokerage — Bali's premium villa and land market (Canggu, Uluwatu, Seminyak, Ubud)
Personality: Warm, professional, personal · aspirational but grounded · expert, not corporate
Visual identity: Coastal luxury — deep navy, steel blue, warm gold
Voice: Short sentences, warm but direct, no corporate jargon, no em dashes

Typography

Four fonts, four jobs

Don't mix them up — each one has exactly one role.

Logo usage

Always the image file

Two variants, picked by background colour. Never recreate the wordmark or mark in text or code — the geometric circle in the "o" can't be redrawn faithfully.
